The engines used in Renault Kadjar are efficient, reliable and sober. Equipped with the “Stop& Start” system, with energy recovery when braking; Renault Kadjar incorporates a set of technologies which downsizes and reduces friction in addition to our latest injection system- that achieve performance and consumption levels copies. All without sacrificing your enjoyment.

Our engineers and designers worked hand in hand to make Renault Kadjar a successful vehicle. The design of its rims, the mirrors but also the inclination of the spoiler and its baffles quarter panel, have been studied in the wind tunnel. In addition, its base has benefited fairings that can thin the flow of air under the body and a deflector on the front so that the air flow round the wheel.
Finally, driven components were added to its air intake grilles: closed at start, they open automatically according to engine cooling requirements. All of these devices have reduced the fuel consumption to 0.62L when moving on 130Km/h as well as reducing CO2 emissions into 4g/ km!

Dynamic and responsive, the 6-speed automatic with dual clutch EDC responds instantly to all your requests. With a fast gearshift reduced to 290 ms, the EDC allows for changes in reporting instant, flexible and smooth.
Thanks to its dual clutch technology and optimization of gear changes, consumption and CO2 emissions are exceptionally contained to show results comparable to those of a manual gearbox.
