Eco-G vehicles provide greater freedom; significant driving range up to 1,300 km* with two combined tanks, as well as unrestricted travel with their Crit’Air 1 classification.
switchover
The engine is started using petrol, and the switchover from petrol to LPG is done automatically depending on the fill level of each tank, or manually as required. Once the LPG tank is empty, petrol switchover takes place automatically.

(to be localised by country) In France, a quarter of service stations offer LPG, which means you have around 1,500 service stations available to fill your tank just like with petrol.

conversion bonus
A conversion bonus may apply to the purchase of an LPG vehicle (depending on the model and options). It is calculated based on taxable income and place of residence, and can be as much as €4,000 for non-taxable households (€1,000 more in Low Emission Zones)**.

vehicle registration document
The French government is offering a reduction (partial or total) on the cost of vehicle registration (except in the overseas regions and the Grand-Est) to encourage people to buy less polluting vehicles like Eco-G cars. Issuance costs remain payable.
parking
In many municipalities, vehicles considered as environmentally friendly get 2 hours of free parking upon presentation of a green disc. Eco-G vehicles are eligible for this disc.

Crit’Air
The favourable ecological balance of Eco-G vehicles means they can be Crit’Air 1 classified. They are not therefore subject to traffic restrictions and give you more freedom when travelling.

In LPG mode, an Eco-G vehicle emits up to 11% less CO2 than a petrol vehicle and will emit around 10 times fewer fine particles than a conventional vehicle. It is even more environmentally friendly than a diesel vehicle fitted with a particulate filter.
